    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence of the issue. We will promptly issue a replacement or refund for the affected items.

  3. Freshness Guarantee:
    Our products are baked fresh daily and delivered promptly to ensure they meet the highest standards. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations for freshness upon arrival, please reach out within 24 hours, and we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

  4. Refund Processing:
    Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  5. No Returns:
    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
